“I have been using Brecca Construction for several years now and have been happy with their service and pricing.

Ron (owner) is easy to work with and his company does good work. I recommend Brecca Construction for any size job.”

“I originally met Ron when Sears contracted him to install a new double oven in our kitchen.

We’ve just moved into a new house and the double-oven was a 15-year old white appliance in an otherwise stainless steel kitchen. The original installer refused to do the job by himself because Sears wouldn’t pay for additional help and because the new oven was slightly smaller than the existing cabinet space. He dropped off the double oven in the garage and disappeared. After some shouting matches with Sears, they sent out Ron of Brecca Construction.

Not only did Ron agree to do the job, he also agreed to pay for additional help out of his own pocket (these ovens weigh a ton! how Sears expect one person to install them is still beyond me). The final product was amazing: Ron brought over one of his guys, took out the old oven, installed the new one, and took the time to go to Home Depot to buy framing wood and matching cabinet paint. He centered the oven, framed it, and painted around it (3 coats of paint!). Any other installer/contractor would have left us as soon as the oven beeped and the clock started blinking.

I was so impressed by his expertise, professionalism, friendliness, and ethics that I contracted him to do the backyard gutters. Once again everything went smoothly and transparently: He ordered the materials and paint from Home Depot, I paid for it, and then he showed up with all the hardware and got the job done.

Ron is the quintessential contractor/home improver; he takes the time to understand your project and goes the extra mile to get it done right. He is also very approachable, reliable, and always answers his phone. I’m definitely hiring Brecca for other house projects. Good bye big service companies with lots of overhead and hello Ron and Brecca Construction.”
